These terms govern use of The Truth website, browser extension, news feed, digests, and paid Pro edition. By creating an account, you confirm that you can enter a binding agreement and agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the 7-Day Refund Policy.

News and market information

The Truth summarizes and links to third-party reporting. It is an information product, not financial, legal, medical, or investment advice. Sources, confidence, and fact-check information help you evaluate a story but do not guarantee that every report is complete or error-free.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping access links and credentials secure. You may not abuse the service, automate access outside supported interfaces, evade limits, interfere with ingestion, or use The Truth unlawfully.

Pro billing

Pro is $9.99 monthly or $79 annually unless a promotion is shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Stripe processes payments and presents eligible payment methods. You can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation in the Stripe billing portal. Taxes are collected only where configured and shown at checkout.

Availability and changes

Feeds, sources, channels, and features may change as the news ecosystem changes. We may suspend abusive access or discontinue a feature. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve paid access and account data during routine changes.
