If The Truth Pro is not right for you, email support@blips-ai.com within seven calendar days of the initial subscription charge. Include the email used for your account and the date of purchase.

Eligibility

Requests are reviewed manually. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Renewal charges, requests made after seven days, and accounts suspended for abuse are generally not eligible unless required by law.

Timing

We aim to review complete requests promptly. After approval, your bank or wallet provider controls when the credit appears. Canceling in the billing portal prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a refund request.

There is intentionally no refund-request form inside Account settings. This keeps review human and prevents account actions from being confused with Stripe billing controls.
