Minimal data.
One clear purpose.

The Truth stores your account, policy acceptance, selected channels, preset, likes, bookmarks, followed stories, limited usage events, and subscription status to provide and improve your personalized ticker.

What the extension does not collect

The extension does not read, store, or sell webpage content, browsing history, passwords, or form data. Product data is transmitted over HTTPS only to providers required for authentication, billing, news processing, market data, sports data, and notifications.

Authentication and billing

Supabase provides authentication and account storage. Google API data is used only to authenticate your account and is handled under applicable limited-use requirements. Stripe processes billing details; The Truth does not store full card numbers.

Your choices

You can change channels and editions, export your account data, or request confirmed account deletion from Account settings. Deletion removes personal product data and preserves only anonymized records needed for billing compliance.
